Charlene Lertlumprasert, Emma Lee, Genesis Solano and Lane Heri Demonstrates The Uppo Walker

Charlene Lertlumprasert, Emma Lee, Genesis Solano and Lane Heri, the lead designer of the awarded design Charlene Lertlumprasert, Emma Lee, Genesis Solano and Lane Heri's Uppo Walker says, Poor posture is a common problem in the senior adult age group. Unlike conventional walkers, Uppo helps the user develop good posture habits. Uppo is an assistive mobility device that is used to ensure the stability and balance of the user. One of the results of good posture, stability and balance is overall improved confidence. The telescoping arms and collapsable body allow Uppo to take up the smallest footprint possible when not in use. This allows for maneuverable transport which encourages use outside of the house..
